Rio Ferdinand has laid out how Steve McClaren’s past experience at Manchester United can help the team climb back to the heights of previous years.
The 61-year-old will relocate back to Old Trafford as Erik ten Hag’s assistant this summer. The ex-England manager was Sir Alex Ferguson’s No.2 from 1999 to 2001, helping the club to win the famous Treble in his debut season.
