Police have issued a warning against swimming in reservoirs ahead of the warm Bank Holiday weekend.
Officers in north Manchester warned people not to go into the lake at Heaton Park, despite it looking like the 'ideal place to cool down'. They said anyone going in would be 'trespassing' due to the area being private property.
