Coleen, wife of former Manchester United footballer Wayne Rooney, 36, accused Rebekah of leaking false stories about her to the press back in 2019 - Rebekah has continued to deny the allegations.
According to the BBC, Rebekah’s legal bill could reportedly be upwards of "£2million" following the explosive court trial, which took place back in May, however the mum-of-five is not ruling out appealing the verdict. In a new interview with The Sun, Rebekah continued to maintain her innocence and acknowledged that going to court "was expensive" but she "didn't have a choice".
She admitted she is potentially considering an appeal despite the mounting legal costs however, as she hopes to "push for the truth to be out there". “That’s in the hands of the lawyers.They’re going to look through things and I’m sure they’re going to be having a conversation soon if they’ve not already had one between themselves.
“But it’s really hard because I didn’t do it. I didn’t do it then; I didn’t do it yesterday, I didn’t do it when I was in court and I still didn’t do it," Rebekah explained.
