Meanwhile a fire engine can be seen driving past with flashing lights and sirens on as the supporters continue to soak up the atmosphere. Stuart Hay, who is on the cast, took the video as the buzzing actors watched on while huddled up in a lane nearby.
Speaking to the Record, Stuart said: "It was mental. It was half time at the show and we were all down in our dressing rooms before the second act.
"Weekend crowds are always wild and this one was no different, so we were just getting our heads together to go back out when we heard the fire alarm and got rushed out. I walked out the stage door to an absolute sea of people just screaming Rangers songs all over the road.
"We got escorted to a lane across from the pavilion, all still in costume, and tried to hide ourselves as best we could from the crowd as they had just totally taken over Renfield Street and were deafening."
The crowd were outside for around 15 minutes before fire crews gave the all clear for the cast and fans to return to the theatre.
Scott said: "Finally we got the message to head back in and we rushed through the crowd back in as they were still in full voice singing. It was surreal!
