Radio 2 DJ Sara Cox has shown off her incredible six pack transformation, after her radio co-host Rylan Clark inspired her with his own ripped physique. Mum-of-three, Sara, undertook a gruelling fitness challenge, named The Six Pack Revolution, to transform her lifestyle and revealed that she has not drunk a drop of alcohol in 10 weeks.The 47 year old took to her various social media platforms to share that she was feeling “fit and strong”, and was “chuffed” to have completed the challenge in her forties.

You can sign up at the top of the page. In one of the snaps she posted, Sara looked thrilled as she flexed her muscular arms and showed off her rock-hard abs in a tiny crop top and black shorts.
In another, she posed with The Six Pack Revolution founder and celebrity personal trainer, Scott Harrison.The Six Pack Revolution’s website says that the programme “isn't just about losing fat, it's about boosting health and getting into the best shape of your life.” Captioning the post, Sara wrote: "YASSSSSS @thesixpackrevolution done & after 10 weeks I feel ruddy ace. Loved not drinking - tho 2 big family parties AND an all inclusive holiday on the wagon was a challenge but definitely worth it.” She continued: "Been into fitness for a bit but really needed a kick up the tush & this has been brilliant.
