The 21-year-old West Side Story actress is set to star in the Hunger Games prequel movie, and she plays a character named Lucy Gray Baird, who is from District 12.
Fans will remember that Jennifer‘s character Katniss Everdeen in the original series is from the same district. There are multiple parallels between Katniss and Lucy, and fans are noticing one between Rachel and Jennifer in the newly released trailer.

Fans captured a moment in the trailer where Rachel bows toward the camera as her name is drawn in the Reaping, guaranteeing that she’ll be fighting to the death in the Hunger Games. The moment looks just like one that Jennifer had in the movies when in a similarly tough spot.
“THIS PARALLEL IS INSANEEEEE,” one fan tweeted alongside screenshots of both dramatic bows, prompting a response from Rachel.
