What’s not to love about Roald Dahl‘s “Matilda“? The 1998 children’s novel follows a precocious young girl who discovers she has superpowers and uses them to take charge of her destiny against the likes of her rotten headmaster, Miss Trunchbull. Movie fans of a certain generation will remember the 1996 film, but the book also became an award-winning musical in 2010.

Following its debut as the opening night gala at the London Film Festival last week, Roald Dahl’s Matilda the Musical now has an official trailer – check it out above.

Stacey Dooley unveiled her growing baby bump while on a night out with her partner Kevin Clifton.The pair, who are expecting their first child together early next year, attended the Strictly Ballroom press night at the Churchill Theatre. The husband of Olympic diver Tom Daley, Dustin Lance Black, has shared that he recently suffered a "serious head injury" and was advised to "shut off [his] brain" in order to recover. Dustin, 48, said it had been a “challenging, frightening time” but he has been on the "long road back" to recovery. Posting to Instagram, the American screenwriter said that he and husband, Gold-medallist Tom Daley, 28, had taken a trip to Greece to rehabilitate.

Questlove is set to executive produce a new documentary about the legendary J Dilla.The new film, titled Dilla Time, will see the Roots drummer working alongside the influential late artist’s estate for a project described as “part biography, part musicology, and part musical meditation”.Questlove said: “Explaining musical genius is my mission. To be able to tell the world about the musician that had the most influence on me is a dream come true.
