HMRC issues warning to all Tax Credits and Child Benefit customers over payments from December

Tax Credits and Child Benefit customers who use a Post Office Card Account (POCA) to collect their payments that this service will end on November 30. Around 900,000 people across the UK use POCA to collect payments, but over the last three years the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and HMRC have been writing to claimants and encouraging them to have benefits and pensions paid directly into their bank accounts.
