Actress Nikki Sanderson became emotional as she described the “humiliating” process of giving evidence in her High Court claim against the Mirror’s publisher over alleged unlawful information-gathering. Former Coronation Street star Ms Sanderson, 39, is suing Mirror Group Newspapers (MGN) for damages, claiming journalists at its titles – The Daily and Sunday Mirror and the Sunday People – were linked to methods including phone hacking, so-called “blagging” or gaining information by deception, and use of private investigators for unlawful activities. The actress, who played Candice Stowe in the ITV soap between 1999 and 2005, finished her evidence on Monday afternoon after entering the witness box on Friday.

Even though Prince Harry was largely ignored by many senior royals during his father's Coronation earlier this month, there was one interaction that had people talking. As The Princess Royal walked to her seat dressed in her Blues and Royals uniform and her dark green Order of the Thistle mantle, she had a quick exchange with her nephew who was sat directly behind her.

Mike Tindall, Princess Anne's son-in-law, is speaking out about his seat at King Charles' coronation that took place on May 6. Mike, who is married to Charles' niece Zara Tindall, shared a recap on the historic ceremony on his "The Good, The Bad and The Rugby" podcast.  "You're in the hottest spot, but it was all happening just around the corner of wall that you can’t see!" Tindall said, adding a laugh. "You do have a front-row seat."  Mike did not actually sit in the front-row.

Mike Tindall was worried he might perform a ‘sl*t drop’ and ‘rip his trousers’ while dancing at the Coronation Concert. The 44-year-old Royal, speaking on his podcast The Good, The Bad & The Rugby, described the weekend that saw King Charles officially crowned as “strange but amazing”.
