Prince William furious with Meghan Markle over Kate Middleton accusation

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's love story started way back during their university careers.

Much has been made of the fractious relationship between Prince William and Price Harry in recent years since the younger of the two brothers left the UK and his position as a senior royal. But now, an old exchange between the pair in which they discuss family tensions and the reality of working together has come to light.

Kate Middleton is reportedly taking over the role of patron of English rugby union, replacing Prince Harry. It’s believed that the Duchess of Cambridge, who recently celebrated her 40th birthday, is the first Royal to take over one of Harry’s roles after the Prince decided to step down from his duties in January 2020. Harry, a keen rugby fan, was vice-patron of the Rugby Football Union between 2010 and 2016, before stepping up and taking over the Queen as patron.

Kate Middleton is a relatively relaxed mum, according to experts, but she does have some house rules. A royal source says the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge don't allow shouting in their house - a rule they also commit to following themselves - and have a family rule against going to bed angry. Instead, the couple always encourage Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis to have constructive conversations about what's bothering them.
