Father-son day! Prince William brought his and wife Princess Kate’s eldest son, Prince George, to cheer on his beloved Aston Villa soccer team on Saturday, April 8.
The Prince of Wales, 40, and his firstborn, 9, sat in a box in the Villa Park stadium in England on Saturday, watching home team Aston Villa take on the visiting Nottingham Forest. While cheering on the Birmingham-based team, the royals twinned in coordinating outfits. Both William and George looked dapper in navy sweaters over blue button-downs. William — who also shares children Princess Charlotte, 7, and Prince Louis, 4, with Kate, 41 — and George were joined by other special VIPs in the stands. “I reckon he could be [their] all-time leading goal scorer,” the Duke of Cambridge quipped during an appearance on the “That Peter Crouch Podcast” in July 2020. “I can see no reason why not. It would be brilliant.”

I want them to look after the players and set a good example to the young fans. I want our children, when they go to the match, to come away loving what they’ve seen, enjoying it and seeing their role models behave in a way that we’d all want them to.”
While letting George, Charlotte and Louis figure out their own allegiances, William has taken his eldest children
