Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, and their son, Archie Mountbatten-Windsor, are all expected to video-call Prince Philip in honor of his 99th birthday today, BAZAAR.com can confirm. Other members of the royal family, including the Cambridges and, of course, Queen Elizabeth, sent the Duke of Edinburgh warm wishes for his milestone birthday.
