Prince Andrew has agreed not to repeat that he didn't rape Virginia Guiffre due to a clause in their out-of-court settlement, The Telegraph has reported.The Duke of York, 61, avoided heading into court by financially settling with Virginia, 38, for what is said to be £12million – which the Queen will reportedly help pay. However, according to the publication, as part of a gagging clause in the settlement, neither side can discuss the sex abuse case or the financial deal.
