Pregnant Helen Flanagan has opened up about her anxieties as she prepares to give birth to her third child, admitting she’s trying hypnotherapy. The former Coronation Street actress, 30, who is already mum to Matilda, five, and Delilah, two, with footballer fiancé Scott Sinclair, said that while her past two labours were “good”, she wants to try hypnotherapy – which induces a trance-like state to help focus on your mind – to help her nerves.
