Pop Idol's Michelle McManus makes comeback to stage for 'one night only'

Michelle McManus has announced that she will be returning to the stage 'for one night only'.
The Pop Idol singer took to Instagram to tell her 12,000 followers the good news and urged them to buy tickets.
She will be taking to the stage at East Kilbride Village Theatre and tickets will be £14.
Taking to Instagram, she wrote: "So very excited to announce that for ONE NIGHT ONLY I’ll be bringing the very best bits of my 3 one woman Edinburgh Festival shows to the Village Theatre in East Kilbride on Friday 12th August."
She added: "I’ll be belting out the big numbers and telling some of my favourite comedy stories from the shows so if you’re looking for a fun night out you can purchase tkts from the link in my bio. Thanks so much and see you there." Fans were so excited about the news and said they couldn't wait to get tickets.

One said: "YES giving us all what we have been waiting for the best show ever!!! Can’t wait to sing, laugh and cheers to you beautiful talented supermum." Another added: "Yaaaaaas!!! Cannae wait." While one said: "this is exciting news!!!" And one wrote: "All this time!!"
Back in December, Michelle marked 18 years since the day that 'changed her life forever'.
Michelle's winning single, All This Time, shot to number one in the charts, but when her second single only reached number 13, her record company, Sony BMG, dropped her.
And Michelle, who is now 41, has remained in the entertainment industry since winning Pop Idol in 2003.
And alongside singing her heart out, Michelle has been busy being a mum to her two
