Police are appealing for information after a car was set on fire on the outskirts of Johnstone last night.
The black Honda Civic was parked on Auchenlodment Road near its junction with Rannoch Road when it was set alight at around 11pm.
The fire brigade attended and distinguished the fire.
Police are now urging anyone who was in the area at the time of the fire and may have seen anything suspicious to get in touch.
They are also urging drivers who may have dash cam footage of the area in the run up to the fire to contact officers.
