Police appeal for info after serious assault and fire in Wishaw street

The incident occurred around 9.25pm on Thursday, March 4, at a property on Ettrick Street when two men entered the property and seriously assaulted a 34-year-old man before setting fire to a vehicle outside of the property. The victim was taken to Wishaw General Hospital with serious injuries and the fire was extinguished by the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service.
