Peacock’s Pete Davidson comedy series Bupkis has added six guest stars for its premiere season: Charlie Day (It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia), Ray Romano (Get Shorty), Kenan Thompson (Saturday Night Live), Brad Garrett (Everybody Loves Raymond), Chase Sui Wonders (Bodies, Bodies, Bodies) and Simon Rex (Red Rocket). Their roles have not been disclosed.

Two construction workers were struck and killed by a train on a bridge between Pennsylvania and New Jersey, authorities said. The Delaware River Port Authority said the two were struck by a PATCO Speedline train at about 9:20 p.m.

Green Day have come good on their teaser from earlier this week, revealing an expansive deluxe edition of their fifth album, ‘Nimrod’ – dubbed ‘Nimrod XXV’ – alongside a previously unreleased demo from its recording sessions.The drop comes exactly 25 years since the band released ‘Nimrod’ – the follow-up to 1995’s ‘Insomniac’ (for which Green Day also released a quarter-centennial edition) first hit shelves on October 14, 1997. It spawned four singles: ‘Hitchin’ A Ride’, ‘Good Riddance (Time Of Your Life)’, ‘Redundant’ and ‘Nice Guys Finished Last’.The original album sported 18 tracks (tying it with 2009’s ‘21st Century Breakdown’ as Green Day’s longest), but a Japanese edition featured a bonus song called ‘Desensitized’, while an Australian version also featured the demos ‘Suffocate’, ‘Do Da Da’ and ‘You Lied’.

A bipartisan group of House lawmakers led by Colorado Republican Ken Buck will introduce legislation this week that would form a new task force aimed at combating the nationwide surge in mob retail theft. Buck told Fox News his bill, which he will introduce Friday, is a companion to Iowa Sen. Charles Grassley's Combating Organized Retail Crime Act, and characterized it as a strong, bipartisan response to the nationwide crime wave.

Violent crime continues to ravage Philadelphia as shootings and homicides devastate area residents. Retired Philadelphia police officer Nick Gerace told "Fox & Friends First" where he is placing the blame. "This all extends to Larry Krasner, our failed, radical district attorney here in Philadelphia," he told Todd Piro and Carley Shimkus on Wednesday.

A bloody night in Philadelphia left a 13-year-old boy dead after he was shot in the head and another man wounded after he was shot in the head while inside a car with a toddler, authorities said Monday night. The boy was identified on Tuesday as Jeremiah Wilcox, Philadelphia police said. Wilcox was shot in the head and face just before 7 p.m.

Fox News contributor Newt Gingrich reacted to former Rep.Tulsi Gabbard's announcement that she is leaving the Democratic Party, calling her an "independent maverick" who has "spoken her own mind." A statue of Christopher Columbus in Philadelphia remains hidden by a plywood box while its fate is decided in the courts, but the box has now been painted with the colors of the Italian flag. City officials told the news station KYW that they painted the box covering the 146-year-old statue in south Philadelphia's Marconi Plaza with green, white and red stripes at the request of Councilmember Mark Squilla, who represents the district. The new look came just in time for Columbus Day, the holiday now celebrated in Philadelphia and elsewhere as Indigenous Peoples Day.

New York Magazine dismissed media concerns about Pennsylvania Lt. Gov. John Fetterman's health in a glossy profile piece that argued the Democratic Senate candidate's "vulnerability" was actually a strength.

Pavement have reflected on their latest reunion, saying they feel like “a tiger let out of the cage” now they’re back on the road.The indie legends initially announced a reunion tour in 2019, which was then delayed due to COVID and eventually kicked off in Los Angeles in May, where they played their first gig in nearly 12 years.After headlining Barcelona’s Primavera Sound the following month, the band are currently on a North American headlining run, and will play a host of UK shows later this month.Speaking to the BBC about the tour, percussionist Bob Nastanovich said: “The tour’s been great so far. I’m sort of like a tiger let out of the cage.
