Phil Vickery appears to have snuck into the National Television Awards last night, Thursday 13 October, just days after he was spotted kissing his ex wife's good friend. Phil, 61, split with ex wife and fellow TV star Fern Britton in 2020 and is since thought to have begun dating her friend Lorraine Stanton. The apparent new flames were spotted kissing while out in London together, where Lorraine, who is an extremely close friend of Fern, 65, carried a Fortnum & Masum bag as she leaned over a suitcase and an overnight bag for a kiss from Phil.
The pair looked undeniably smitten as they headed into a property in Mayfair, London. In the wake of them being spotted packing on the PDA, Phil looked to have ducked out of the red carpet ahead of the NTA ceremony and simply joined his colleagues on stage to accept their award. He later posed for photos with everyone as they basked in the glory of This Morning's 12th win.
Phil’s ex Fern, who is thought to have been very close to Lorraine, didn't attend the annual ceremony. Ferne and Lorraine have posted several pictures together over the years, including several group holidays and Christmas celebrations. One picture shows the pair sharing a hug while wearing matching dressing gowns during a Christmas outing, with another of them beaming for the camera while at a restaurant together.
In the wake of their new romance, Fern shared a cryptic tweet about “surviving”. She wrote: "My life has been pretty good. Not always perfect or pleasing or easy but I wouldn’t change those things.
"They didn’t break me or wash me away as I expected. I survived.Today, Sitting with the cat in the oct sun, I am content. It may not last long so I’ll drink it in while I can." Since writing the post, Fern
