Julie Neville has revealed that she and her ex Manchester United football star husband Phil have had tattoos to mark an important date in their lives. To celebrate her 45th birthday cookery author Julie and Inter Miami head coach Phil have had wedding bands inked along with the the year they got married.
Julie, who tied the knot with Phil at St James The Less Roman Catholic Church in Rawtenstall in December 1999 with guests including former United boss Sir Alex Ferguson and David and Victoria Beckham, shared snaps of the inkings on her Instagram. The mum-of-two joked that 1999 being the year United won the treble of the Premier League, FA Cup and UEFA Champions League may have had an 'influence.'
She typed: "So today is my birthday and @philipneville18 decided to get a wedding band and the year we were married tattooed (also happens to be the year @manchesterunited won the treble which may also have had an influence)."

"A big thank you to @davidbeckham and @victoriabeckham for organising this (and who also have the most entertaining footage of the event)" Julie added. And she said: "Thank you @philipneville18 I love you #itsmybirthday."
The birthday best wishes came pouring in for Julie, who met her former Lionesses' manager hubby at a friend's 21st birthday party while Phil's sister Tracey gasped: "Oh god" with a monkey covering eyes emoji.
