Diego Ramos Bechara editor “First-Time Buyer’s Club,” the unscripted series where teacher-turned-realtor Amina Stevens supports clients intimidated by buying a home for the first time, has been renewed for a second season by the Oprah Winfrey Network. Production on the next season will kick off later this year, with an air date scheduled for 2024, according to the network.

EXCLUSIVE: OWN’s Black Love is returning for one last go-round. The network has renewed the four-time NAACP-nominated docuseries for a sixth and final season. Tappon replaces Robyn Lattaker-Johnson, who left the company in April, in the role. He becomes Head of OWN Unscripted Development, Programming & Specials and reports to OWN President Tina Perry.

News of the growth accompanies two new series orders — one from OWN vet Will Packer (Ready to Love) and another fromCarlos King (Love & Marriage: Huntsville).
