Rob Zombie has released a trailer for his film revival of The Munsters, based on the 1960s sitcom.The horror director, known for House of 1000 Corpses, The Devil’s Rejects and 2007’s Halloween, is taking on a family-friendly affair with his reimagining of The Munsters – which injects colour into the original black and white sitcom.The comedy horror film, which follows the “greatest love story ever told”, is a prequel which covers the early days of Herman Munster (Jeff Daniel Philips) and Lily Munster’s (Sheri Moon Zombie) romance. You can view the trailer below.Along with Philips and Moon Zombie, the film stars Dan Roebuck as Lily’s father aka The Count, Cassandra Peterson as real estate agent Barbara Carr, Tomas Boykin as Lester the Werewolf, Richard Brake as Dr.

British actress Pamela Salem has died at the age of 80.

James Bond film Never Say Never Again, has died aged 80.She played the iconic secretary in the unofficial 007 film, starring alongside Sean Connery. She also appeared opposite Connery in the 1978 classic The First Great Train Robbery.Never Say Never Again was one of two James Bond films not to be produced by Eon Productions, the usual producer, and therefore not considered part of the official franchise.Salem was also known for playing Professor Rachel Jensen in Doctor Who in the 1980s, starring alongside Sylvester McCoy, the seventh actor to play the titular Time Lord.

Grange Hill actor Stuart Organ has died aged 72, his representative has confirmed.

Grange Hill actor Stuart Organ has sadly passed away at the age of 72.The actor's representatives confirmed his passing on Friday, 23 February. Stuart was famed for his portrayal of PE teacher Peter Robson in Grange Hill. He was also known for playing Kevin Cross in Brookside and appeared in Doctor Who story Dragonfire as Bazin, alongside Sylvester McCoy.

Bonnie Langford will reprise her role as Melanie Bush in the forthcoming season of “Doctor Who,” starring alongside Ncuti Gatwa as the Fifteenth Doctor, the BBC announced Wednesday. Langford joined the “Doctor Who” universe in 1986 when she played the companion to the Sixth and Seventh Doctors as portrayed by Colin Baker and Sylvester McCoy. She then went on to appear in a cameo role in Jodie Whittaker’s final episode as the Thirteenth Doctor.  “I am absolutely thrilled to be bringing Melanie Bush back. To be part of the exceptional cast, crew and production team led by the force of nature that is Russell T Davies is a career highlight,” said Langford. “I’m so privileged and proud to have been a member of the Doctor Who family since the classic era and to be included in the new generation is phenomenal.”

The actress, 58, is reprising her role as Melanie Bush for the new series alongside incoming Doctor Ncuti Gatwa, with her return set to hit screens in 2024. Bonnie made her debut on Who back in 1986 as Melanie alongside the Sixth Doctor Colin Baker, and went onto be the companion for the Seventh Doctor, Sylvester McCoy.
