Joe Otterson TV Reporter“A Million Little Things” has been renewed for Season 5 at ABC.The drama series originally debuted on ABC back in 2018. The plot revolves around a group of friends who reconnect after one of them unexpectedly dies.

Kelley’s The Missing, Peacock’s eight-episode series based on Israeli crime writer Dror A. Mishani’s international bestselling novel The Missing File. ABC has set midseason premiere dates for a pair of 10 p.m. drama series. A Million Little Things returns for the second half of its fourth season on Wednesday, February 23, and Big Sky is back for Season 2B on Thursday, February 24.

The fact that 16 people in the writers’ room were never in the same room, the fact that we have loved ones who died and we couldn’t make it to their funerals…that we had big birthdays celebrated over Zoom…there were so many things that we, as writers, experienced and so many ways our lives were different because of COVID.
