According to sources, Amazon is currently developing a Spanish-language spinoff of their popular dark superhero series based on the Garth Ennis/Darick Robertson comic books that would be set in Mexico City. Exact plot details remain under wraps.

The Boys universe is expanding yet again with The Boys: Mexico, a new series offshoot from Blue Beetle writer Gareth Dunnet-Alcocer, Deadline has learned. Diego Luna and Gael García Bernal are set to executive produce and are considering taking on acting roles though neither would be major roles, sources shared exclusively with Deadline.

Marvel boss Kevin Feige was being slated to enter a galaxy far, far away with his own Star Wars movie, but we’ll no longer get to see what he would do with our favourite Jedis. Asked by ET at The Marvels premiere if the project was still happening, Feige replied concisely: “No.” Meanwhile, a report from Variety confirmed the movie was “no longer in active development at Lucasfilm”.Another director who was set to make the jump from a superhero universe to an intergalactic one was Wonder Woman’s Patty Jenkins.

Prime Video today released the official Season 2 trailer for Robert Kirkman‘s adult animated superhero series Invincible from Skybound Entertainment. Pete Davidson damaged his car after leaving his stand-up show in Los Angeles, according to reports.The comedian, who performed at The Wiltern in Los Angeles on Saturday (September 30), is said to have scraped his car against the side of a wall while exiting the venue at 10pm.As seen in photos obtained by PageSix, several marks were seen on the side of his black GMC SUV from the middle door to the backwheel, with Davidson seen in the driver’s seat alongside four others in the car.Davidson has not commented on the incident.In July, the comedian was charged with reckless driving after crashing his car into a fire hydrant and the side of a house in Beverly Hills, California on March 4.
