EXCLUSIVE: Verve has confirmed that former ICM agent JR Ringer has joined the company as a talent agent.

EXCLUSIVE: The start of a new year is often associated with personnel changes and job switches. That is the case with three ICM Partners agents, JR Ringer, Kevin Hussey & Brett Pacis, who are leaving but staying in the representation business with new gigs.

EXCLUSIVE: Verve has hired Ivana Martinez as an agent as the company continues to build out its talent team following its forming last year under Talent Head and Partner Sean Grumman.

Chris Noriega has been promoted to partner at Verve. The TV lit agent becomes the company's first former assistant to become a partner since the agency was founded in 2010.

Joe Otterson TV ReporterVerve has promoted TV lit agent Chris Noriega to partner.He is now the ninth partner at the agency, alongside founders Bryan Besser, Adam Levine and Bill Weinstein, and, Amy Retzinger, Adam Weinstein, David Boxerbaum, Felicia Prinz and Sean Grumman.“We launched Verve over a decade ago with a goal of creating an environment in which interns become assistants , assistants become agents and agents become partners,” the other partners said in a statement.

He is one of the first major new signings since Verve last month entered the talent representation business with the hire of top TV talent agent Sean Grumman, who brought with him a number of his clients at WME.Dallas also was previously repped by WME though  Grumman did not work directly with him there.
