A solemn role. Elizabeth Debicki is the second actress to play Princess Diana on The Crown, and she’s been candid about wanting to ensure that her portrayal is respectful of the late royal.

Prince William honored the late Queen Elizabeth II in his first public speech as the Prince of Wales Tuesday. The Duke of Cambridge and Cornwall attended the United for Wildlife Global Summit, where he spoke about animals being threatened by poachers. Prince William created United for Wildlife in 2014 as part of the Royal Foundation.

K.J. Yossman Netflix has revealed the premiere date for “The Crown” Season 5 during its online Tudum fan event on Saturday. The dramatized series about the British Royal Family is set to return on Nov. 9 with an entirely new cast. Imelda Staunton (“Harry Potter”) takes over from Olivia Colman as Queen Elizabeth II while Jonathan Pryce (“The Two Popes”) will play her husband, Prince Philip. Meanwhile Dominic West (“The Affair”) will play Prince Charles, Elizabeth Debicki (“Tenet”) will portray Princess Diana, Lesley Manville (“Maleficent: Mistress of Evil”) joins as the Queen’s sister Princess Margaret, and Jonny Lee Miller (“Elementary”) stars as Prime Minister John Major.

Mourning a tragic loss. Prince Edward, Earl of Wessex, honored his mother, Queen Elizabeth II, with a touching tribute following her death at age 96.

Prince Harry broke his silence on the passing of his "Granny," Queen Elizabeth II, touching upon this period of mourning he, his family and the world are facing. In a beautiful tribute, he wrote how she was "globally admired and respected" with "unwavering grace and dignity." Posted to his website for his Archewell Foundation, shared with wife Meghan Markle, the Duke of Sussex wrote, "Granny, while this final parting brings us great sadness, I am forever grateful for all of our first meetings—from my earliest childhood memories with you, to meeting you for the first time as my Commander-in-Chief, to the first moment you met my darling wife and hugged your beloved great-grandchildren." Despite his rocky relationship with other extended members of his family, including his father, King Charles III, Prince Harry did not distance himself from the Queen, continuing to sing her praises even amidst criticism given to other family members.  Prince Harry wrote that some of his fondest memories with the Queen included when she met his wife and children.

The creators of The Crown have denied reports that they are "struggling" to find an actor to play Prince Andrew in the show's upcoming fifth season.The next instalment of Netflix's royal drama will see all characters recast due to a time jump, with actors already secured for Princess Diana and The Queen. Imelda Staunton will replace Olivia Colman as Queen Elizabeth II, whilst Australia actress Elizabeth Debicki will be taking over from Emma Corrin in the role as Diana.
