If you were looking for stars at TIFF on opening night at a time when there aren’t that many at the fest, they were at the world premiere of Gonzo Girl, with 4x Oscar nominee Willem Dafoe and director/star Patricia Arquette which received a standing ovation at the Royal Alexandria theater.
