During his headlining set on Saturday night (April 13) at Coachella, the rapper once again proved just that, transforming the main stage into a desert canyon and using lighting and projections to create an ambiance so vivid and entrancing that it could only have sprung from an imaginative mind as his own.

Tyler, The Creator has shared a message to his fans who are heading to Coachella ahead of his headlining set at this year’s festival.The Grammy Award-winning rapper is one of three headliners of the annual music and arts festival in Indio, California this weekend (April 12-14), alongside Lana Del Rey and Doja Cat. The ‘Who Dat Boy’ rapper is set to hit the main stage at Coachella, closing out Saturday (April 13).Ahead of the weekend, various billboards by different Coachella acts have been popping up alongside the drive into greater Palm Springs.

Vince Staples has discussed the “really big misconception” that he was once a member of LA rap outfit Odd Future.Many fans were first introduced to Staples via ‘Hive’, the bassy 2013 track he produced with Earl Sweatshirt, then best known as part of Odd Future, the Tyler, The Creator led music collective. Staples wasn’t a part of Odd Future, but was heavily affiliated with them.“It’s a really big misconception [that I was in Odd Future],” Staples told NME in this week’s Big Read.

Tyler, The Creator has collaborated with Converse to direct a new advertisement for the brand. In the hilarious clip, the exclusive "Really Cool Converse Club" convenes for a meeting over its strict set of rules, with members including Vince Staples, Henry Rollins, Odd Future member Jasper, former NBA players Bill Walton and Marques Johnson, actor Tim Meadows and more, all representing the many subcultures who rock the sneaker.

Tyler, the Creator has continued to stoke rumours new music may be on the way, sharing brief teaser videos titled ‘SIDE STREET’ on his Twitter page and YouTube channel.In both clips, the rapper is seen kissing a woman before driving off in a pink car. The woman’s partner, played by Odd Future associate Taco Bennett, then appears, asking, “Baby, who was that?”The videos are almost identical to each other, though each show Tyler driving off in a different direction.
