Not.

If you still haven't watched The Farewell, Lulu Wang's bittersweet film about a woman who returns to China after her grandmother has been diagnosed with terminal cancer, now is the perfect time to do so. The movie, which just took home the award for Best Feature at the Independent Spirit Awards, is streaming on Amazon Prime as of Feb. 12.

The story follows Nora (Awkwafina's real name is Nora Lum, BTW) as she goes about her day-to-day life in New York City, trying to figure out adulthood as an unemployed 27-year-old living in a house in Queens with her grandmother and father. And, yes, the show is loosely based on Awkwafina's pre-Hollywood stardom life.

Awkwafina is having a very good year. She just won a Golden Globe for Best Actress for her role in The Farewell, and she's about to debut her own new sitcom Awkwafina Is Nora from Queens on Comedy Central. However, she is not an Oscar nominee, as many expected she would be at this time.
