Marcus Mumford has shared a new song called ‘Grace’ – you can listen to it below.The track is the second taste of the Mumford & Sons frontman’s debut solo album ‘(Self-Titled)’, which is due for release on September 16 via Island (pre-order here).The rough-and-ready, country-tinged song serves as the first official single from the upcoming record, following on from this month’s ‘Cannibal’.“Well, how should we proceed?/ Without things getting too heavy/ Even though I’d never tell you everything/ I could’ve sworn I’d dropped that bomb on you already,” Mumford belts out in the first verse.‘Grace’ is accompanied by an official video directed by Diane Martel (Miley Cyrus), which reflects the “cathartic themes” of the singer-songwriter’s first LP. James Blake has shared a new one-hour composition, ‘Wind Down’ – you can hear the new track below.The new “soundscape” has been created by Blake in collaboration with the adaptive sound wellness app Endel – who have previously collaborated with Grimes – with the aim of helping their users “move gently towards a good night’s rest”.‘Wind Down’, which is available on Endel’s range of apps, joins the company’s growing range of sleep and relaxation experiences, which combine Endel’s “signature elegant visuals and sounds with evidence-based insights on what prepares us for a better night’s rest”.“In approximately two hours, Wind Down traces an arc from wakefulness to sleep based on scientific input from SleepScore Labs, which partnered with Endel on this project,” a press release adds.“Wind Down lets me explore the more ambient side of my music and create a project to support people in a new way,” Blake said in a statement about ‘Wind Down’, which you can hear above.“It’s mesmerising to hear how my music blends with the science-based sounds of Endel’s AI and I think we’ve invented something not just beautiful or even meaningful, but truly practical.” Blake, who recently collaborated with Monica Martin for a new rendition of the latter’s track ‘Go Easy, Kid’, will tour in the UK and Europe in April and May.

James Blake has teamed up with Monica Martin for a new rendition of the latter’s track ‘Go Easy, Kid’ – you can watch the two artists perform their collaboration below.Originally released by the LA-based, Wisconsin-raised Martin back in September, ‘Go Easy, Kid’ has been described by Blake as “my favourite song to come out in years”.Martin has now collaborated with Blake on a new version of ‘Go Easy, Kid’, which has been released today (February 24) alongside a new performance video.The Chris Sgroi-directed clip sees Martin and Blake performing the track at Conway Recording Studios in LA – you can watch it below.Martin featured on Blake’s fifth studio album ‘Friends That Break Your Heart’, which came out in October, on the track ‘Show Me’.A press release added that the US singer is currently putting melodies to her “explorations in romantic fuckery”, with more new music promised soon.Blake, meanwhile, recently teamed up with Labrinth for the track ‘Pick Me Up’, which features on the soundtrack to the second season of the HBO show Euphoria.
