Gerard Butler has filed a lawsuit against the producers of 'Olympus Has Fallen'. The 51-year-old actor has taken legal action against production companies Nu Image, Millennium Film and Padre Nuestro Productions in a dispute over profits for the 2013 action film, in which he played the role of Secret Service agent Mike Banning.

Gerard Butler is reportedly suing the producers of his hit film Olympus Has Fallen and claims he is owed at least £7.9 million in profits. The Scottish actor plays Secret Service agent Mike Banning who foils high stake terrorist plots in the action-packed film series, which has raked in around £122m at the Box Office.
