Thania Garcia WME has elevated Lucy Dickins to global head of contemporary music and touring, where she will steer the respective departments across Beverly Hills, New York, Nashville, London and Sydney.Dickins, who recently re-located to WME’s Beverly Hills office from London, joined the agency in 2019 from ITB (International Talent Booking). Since her arrival, she has helped bring in new clients including Adele, Mumford & Sons, Laura Marling, James Blake and Mabel, whom WME represent globally.“Lucy is a dynamic leader who brings strategic vision, energy and passion to every artist and colleague she encounters,” said Lloyd Braun, chairman of WME and president of Endeavor Client Group. “Lucy is the ideal leader to guide WME’s contemporary music business as we continue to expand our offerings and opportunities for our clients.”

Music industry exec Dvora Englefield is joining WME as a Partner Head of Music Artist Strategy, a newly created role.

Jem Aswad Senior Music EditorVeteran PR executive Dvora Englefield is joining WME as a partner and head of music artist strategy. According to the announcement, in the newly created role, Englefield will focus on ways for WME to identify and maximize new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and client services on behalf of the agency’s music division and client roster.The Los Angeles-based excecutive arrives from the Lede Company, the top PR firm that she joined in 2018, where she was partner and head of the music division; she will finish out the month at the Lede and officially start at WME on May 9. Previously, Englefield led the music department at 42West and ran the music department at BWR.

WME said Thursday that is has promoted seven agents to partner and 17 more staffers to agent in the company’s Music division, news that comes after it saw clients from Silk Sonic and Olivia Rodrigo to Chris Stapleton, Foo Fighters and Jazmine Sullivan score victories at Sunday’s Grammy Awards.

Bass joins the agency from UTA, where he represented such artists as Young Thug, Tierra Whack, Issa Rae’s music company RAEDIO, Emmy-nominated composer Amanda Jones, Harvey Mason Jr., Princess Nokia, Burna Boy, Lil Wayne, Michelle Williams, and Lauryn Hill.

WME partner and worldwide head of music Marc Geiger is leaving the agency after 17 years. WME co-head of music Sara Newkirk Simon will transition to a consultant role with WME's parent company, Endeavor, it was announced on Thursday.
