EXCLUSIVE: Established TV Literary agent Zach Carlisle is leaving ICM Partners to join TFC Management, the company launched in 2020 by senior TV lit agents Ben Jacobson and David Stone, which represents creators, showrunners, filmmakers and producers.

ICM Partners has announced the promotion of 14 agents – seven from 2020 and seven from 2021 – across a number of divisions including concerts, TV production, literature and talent.

ICM Partners has named Julia Johnson as its new general counsel and executive vp, head of business and legal affairs to get to gender parity overall among the Hollywood agency's leadership ranks. Johnson comes to ICM from APA, where she was a partner, executive vp, head of global business and legal affairs and general counsel.

As the Writers Guild of America aims to make gains with new franchise agreements amid its yearlong standoff with the major agencies, ICM Partners has signed a deal, sources tell The Hollywood Reporter. "We are looking forward to getting back to work for our writer clients," said ICM co-president Kevin Crotty.
