An unearthed clip from Sky News shows Peter Andre breaking down in tears over his plans to adopt Harvey Price.

Katie Price's disabled son Harvey Price, 20, has been allegedly "targeted by police officers" in a WhatsApp group chat for "posting inappropriate" images of him.The 44 year old reality TV star shared a hand-delivered letter she received from the Metropolitan police force on her Instagram page, calling the nature of it "disgusting".The letter was also delivered to inform her that the Discrimination Investigation Unit has begun investigating the actions of the aforementioned police officers, and there will be a Gross Misconduct Hearing starting on February 20. "I feel I need to share this hand delivered letter from metropolitan police," Katie wrote in her story.
