Ricky Martin is making his acting comeback in “Palm Royale,” now streaming on Apple TV. The series, produced and starring Kristen Wiig, follows Maxine Simmons (Wiig), a woman who tries to break into Palm Royale’s elite. Martin plays Robert Diaz, a bartender and caretaker who lives in the pool house.

EXCLUSIVE: Apple TV+ has rounded out the cast of its original comedy series Mrs. American Pie with recurring stars Jordan Bridges (Old Man, Rizzoli & Isles), Kaia Gerber (American Horror Story), Jason Canela (The Rookie, Always Be My Maybe) Mindy Cohn (Facts of Life, A Nice Girl Like You), Julia Duffy (Newhart, Looking) and Claudia Ferri (Bad Blood, The Killing).

AMC+ and RLJE Films have acquired worldwide rights to the holiday comedy Christmas with the Campbells, starring Brittany Snow (Pitch Perfect franchise), Justin Long (He’s Just Not That Into You), Alex Moffat (Saturday Night Live), Julia Duffy (Newhart), George Wendt (Cheers) and JoAnna Garcia Swisher (Sweet Magnolias). The film produced by Vince Vaughn’s Wild West Picture Show will simultaneously hit theaters and AMC+ in the U.S. in late fall.
