Former Coronation Street star Victoria Ekanoye says she can 'finally breathe' and is now 'busier than ever' after getting the news she is cancer-free. The actress and singer, from Bury, was diagnosed with breast cancer in October 2021.

Victoria Ekanoye has shared some happy health news after she was diagnosed with breast cancer three years ago. The former Coronation Street star, who had appeared on the soap as Angie Appleton, previously underwent a double mastectomy after she was diagnosed with breast cancer and DCIS (Ductal Carcinoma in Situ). Taking to X, formerly Twitter, Victoria has excitedly shared that she is now cancer-free.
