Joe Otterson TV ReporterA number of writers and producers on the hit CW series “Supernatural” are reuniting on Amazon’s “The Boys,” Variety has learned exclusively.“The Boys” was developed for Amazon by “Supernatural” creator Eric Kripke, who also serves as showrunner. Joining him behind the scenes going into “The Boys'” third season are Meredith Glynn, David Reed, and Jim Michaels.Glynn was a co-executive producer and writer on “Supernatural” from 2016-2020.

Deadline reports that filming on Supernatural's remaining two episodes officially picked up in Vancouver on Tuesday, Aug. 18, meaning fans will get to see what happens when Sam (Jared Padalecki), Dean (Jensen Ackles), and the rest of Team Free Will take on Chuck (Rob Benedict) once and for all.On Tuesday, Supernatural director Jim Michaels hinted at the start of production when he tweeted out a photo of Baby from the Vancouver set with the caption, "Here we go."Here we go.....
