“Selling the OC” is gearing up for its series premiere — and this new trailer promises all the office in-fighting, relationship drama and dream homes viewers have come to know and love on Selling Sunset. In the roughly two-minute clip, released Wednesday, the Oppenheim Group heads to the beach with a diverse cast of male and female agents ready to make major deals, even if that means stepping on the toes of their fellow agents to do so.

Emily Longeretta Netflix is cashing in on reality TV and renovation.On Thursday, the streaming service announced that “Selling Sunset” has been renewed for Seasons 6 and 7, with production kicking off this summer.Produced by Adam DiVello’s Done and Done Productions and Lionsgate, “Selling Sunset” follows the real estate agents of the Oppenheim Group — run by Jason and Brett Oppenheim. The cast includes Chrishell Stause, Mary Fitzgerald, Heather Rae El Moussa, Davina Potratz, Emma Hernan, Amanza Smith and Maya Vander.Christine Quinn appeared in the first five seasons of the show but did not attend the reunion and has not given a straight answer to whether she’ll be returning.

season 4 of , follows «a fresh set of realtors as they square off, competing to establish themselves at The Oppenheim Group’s second office on the Orange County coast,» according to the official series synopsis. «Will the pressure prove too much for these agents to handle?»As the two-minute (very NSFW) teaser suggests, the answer to that question is a resounding yes as they gossip about the competition, talk behind each other's backs over an expensive glass of wine, attend extravagant black-tie parties, have secret affairs and, oh, sell some multimillion dollar estates on the side. «These people are crazy, that's all I'm gonna say,» one of the realtors says quite bluntly. Of course,  the latest in thefranchise (premiered back in December) — wouldn't be complete without the Oppenheim brothers, Jason and Brett, making their presence known. And the drama just continues to ramp up as something happens in the office that stuns the Oppenheims and the other realtors to silence.
