Filmmaker David Lynch (Twin Peaks, Blue Velvet) has joined the cast of Steven Spielberg’s drama The Fabelmans, Deadline has confirmed.

Some fun casting news for a Friday afternoon. Two directors will be on the set of Steven Spielberg’s upcoming family drama, “The Fabelmans,” but only one of them will be behind it.

Universal will be opening Amblin’s The Fabelmans on Wednesday, Nov. 23, the day before Thanksgiving.
