Congratulations are in order for Lauryn “Pumpkin” Shannon! The reality star and daughter of Mama June is pregnant with twins and expecting a baby boy and a baby girl with her husband Josh Efird, according to TMZ.  Pumpkin and Josh already share 4-year-old daughter Ella Grace and baby boy Bentley Jameson, who arrived in July, 2021.

Her daughter Lauryn “Pumpkin” Shannon, 21, is expecting baby number two with husband Joshua Efird. “I think all of us, we’re excited, but it’s also nerve-wracking in the same sentence,” Pumpkin told PEOPLE on April 10. The sweet couple, who are already parents to three-year-old daughter Ella Grace, said the pregnancy was a surprise. “We weren’t really expecting. We also weren’t trying either, but we weren’t preventing.”

Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson, 15, is sticking with her sister. The Here Comes Honey Boo Boo alum’s older sister Lauryn “Pumpkin” Shannon, 21, revealed that they’re still living together while responding to a fan underneath her Instagram post from Jan. 4.
