Congratulations are in order for Mis-Teeq singer Su-Elise Nash who has announced that she has given birth to her first child. Introducing the newborn in a series of snaps shared to her Instagram on Tuesday evening, the 39 year old revealed that she and her partner Ryan had named him Blu St David Jones.

It's been decades since Alesha Dixon burst onto the UK music scene as MC in charge of Mis-Teeq. Since then, the entertainer has gone from strength to strength, becoming a household name thanks to programmes like Strictly Come Dancing and Britain's Got Talent, which returns this Saturday (April 20) on ITV and ITVX.

After finding fame as the lead singer in iconic girl group Mis-Teeq alongside bandmates Alesha Dixon and Su-Elise Nash 20 years ago, Sabrina Washington has gone on to carve out a successful solo career.
