A fashion model from the Netherlands, Lara, 39, unveiled the arrival of her beautiful baby boy Bob on Instagram this week, who she shares with second hubby David Grievson. Uploading a black-and-white picture of the little man himself - who'll be a brother to Alfred from Lara's first marriage - on Wednesday evening, she wrote: "Baby Bob was born last week and spent a very scary few days in intensive care.
