A wedding, a pregnancy and a search for a mental health diagnosis for John are among the happenings in Season 2 of Life & Beth, written, directed, executive produced and starring Amy Schumer. Hulu released the official Season 2 trailer today, which reveals some of the season’s guests stars including Jennifer Coolidge, Amy Sedaris, Beanie Feldstein, Big Freedia, Colin Quinn, Jemima Kirke,  Margaret Cho, Maria Dizziaand Tim Meadows.

Tim Robinson, a cult figure amongst comedians and comedy fans, has his second Emmy of the year for his Netflix series I Think You Should Leave.

Paramount+ is gearing up for Season 5 of comedy series Inside Amy Schumer, today releasing the official trailer of the Emmy and Peabody award-winning hit.

EJ Panaligan editor The fifth season of “Inside Amy Schumer” has its official trailer, which Paramount+ released today (October 6th). The first two episodes of the season are set to premiere on the service Thursday, Oct. 20, with the remaining three episodes dropping weekly afterward. In addition to Schumer, the new season features Amber Tamblyn, Bridget Everett, Cara Delevinge, Chris Parnell, Ellie Kemper, Jesse Williams, Laura Benanti, Michael Ian Black, Olivia Munn and Tim Meadows, and returning writers Christine Nangle, Tami Sagher, Jon Glaser and Jeremy Beiler. Meadows, Derek Gaines, Jaye McBride and Georgie Aldaco also join the writing staff this season.

“That Damn Michael Che” is executive produced by Michael Che, Lorne Michaels, Andrew Singer, and Erin Doyle, co-executive produced by Alice Mathias, Gary Richardson, Ayesha Rokadia, Daniel Powell and Alex Bach, and produced by Willa Slaughter.

Amy Schumer’s Life & Beth will be back for a second go-round. Schumer revealed today on The Howard Stern Show that Hulu has renewed the dramedy series for a 10-episode second season.

On this episode we have the talented Mamoudou Athie, He has a varied body of work including The Get Down, The Unicorn Store from Netflix and Amazon’s horror film Black Box. Athie also stars along side Kristen Stewart in the science fiction horror film Underwater, and will appear in Jurassic World: Dominion which debuts in theaters this year.

Former Saturday Night Live writer Julio Torres, co-creator and star of HBO’s Los Espookys, has signed a first-look deal with HBO and HBO Max. Under the two-year pact, he has two half-hour comedies in the works: Little Films (working title), written, executive produced and headlined by Torres, which has received a series order by HBO; and Lucky, co-written and executive produced by Torres, which is in development at HBO.
