Now, if we were all in the same room and could see each other, I think it would be pretty easy to see just how many of us have our hands up?”“By the way, me too,” the “Suits” star added.Markle did not elaborate on who allegedly called her these words or give examples nor did she clarify if she was merely speaking about public perception.The mother of two also explained how the word “crazy” is shamelessly “thrown around so casually” and spoke of the “damage it’s wrought on society and women, frankly everywhere.”“From relationships to families being shattered, reputations destroyed and careers ruined,” Markle said.Markle then went on a rant about some sitcoms such as “How I Met Your Mother” and “Scrubs,” slamming the shows for their representation of said “crazy” women.“The use of these labels has been drilled into us from movies and TV, from friends and family, and even from random strangers,” she said.

Mindy Kaling turned heads in a colorful ensemble as she arrived to attend a panel at New York Comic Con earlier on Thursday. The talented actress, 43, promoted her latest HBO Max animated origin series titled, Velma, which is a spin on the classic Scooby Doo series. Other stars that were in attendance at the anticipated event included Constance Wu, who also has a leading voice role in the Velma animation, and James McAvoy, who promoted the final season of His Dark Materials.   Stylish: Mindy Kaling, 43, donned a vibrant purple and orange ensemble as she attended New York Comic Con earlier on Thursday The Mindy Project star showcased her toned legs in a pair of high-waisted shorts with hues of purple and orange.  The beauty added a mesh shirt underneath with the same color scheme, and added a colorful blazer on top to complete her overall ensemble for the star-studded event. The actress slipped into a pair of closed-toe, lavender heels to coincide with her outfit. Mindy's hair was parted to the side, allowing her long locks to fall down past her shoulders in large, elegant waves.   Exciting event: The actress attended New York Comic Con to promote HBO Max's latest animated series called, Velma To accessorize her look for the day, the mother of two donned a colorful bracelet on her left wrist along with a pair of orange, dangly earrings. Mindy was all smiles as she joined a special panel discussion to talk about HBO Max's upcoming animated series called, Velma. She not only voices the title character, but also serves as an executive producer. The reimagined series follows the 'origin' of the Scooby-Doo gang, and includes beloved characters such as Shaggy, Fred, and Daphne.

Constance Wu is making her way back to the stage. The Crazy Rich Asians star, 40, will be joining the cast of 2:22 – A Ghost Story in Los Angeles later this month. It debuted on London's West End last year and will make its Los Angeles debut at the Ahmanson Theatre.  New role: Constance Wu is making her way back to the stage (pictured June 2022)The Fresh Off the Boat actor joins an already star-studded cast consisting of Ratched actor Finn Wittrock, Pitch Perfect star Anna Camp and Ozark actor Adam Rothenberg.  2:22 – A Ghost Story is a simple four-person play centering around Wu's character Jenny who believes her home is haunted. Her husband, Finn Wittrock, doesn't believe her, and they argue with their dinner guests, played by Camp and Rothenberg.  Star-studded: The Crazy Rich Asians star, 40, joined the cast of 2:22 – A Ghost Story in Los Angeles later this month (pictured October 2, 2022) Co-star: The Fresh Off the Boat actor joins an already star-studded cast consisting of Ratched actor Finn Wittrock (pictured 2020), Pitch Perfect star Anna Camp and Ozark actor Adam Rothenberg The quartet decides to stay up until 2:22 AM to test their theory, and it slowly feels as if something is approaching. Performances will begin on October 29 with the official run beginning November 4.
