He later went to meet up with Tricia the nurse and, realising she can’t offer any new evidence, confined that he’s thinking of giving up the fight.The evil medical expert is played by actor Dominic Mafham and fans may recognise him from his several other TV roles.He appeared in ITV drama Grantchester as well as BBC series Killing Eve.Dominic also provided the voice of Chidak in Doctor Who: The Final Phase and Doctor Who: The Dalek contract in 2013.In 1995, the actor played Matthew Castle in Castles and between 2000 and 2001 he played Dr Andrew Argyle in Always and Everyone.He’s also roles appearances in Silent Witness, Our Mutual Friend, The Bill, Casualty, Midsomer Murders, Land Girls and DCI BanksAs they await the verdict on Thorne from the GMC later this week, Carla urges Peter to be grateful for his health and focus on their future.

Coronation Street's Alison King has reportedly split from her fiancé after four years of dating.The 49-year-old actress, who is best known for her role as Carla Connor on the ITV soap, is said to have gone her separate ways from her fiancé David Stuckey.The duo started dating in March 2018 and after a whirlwind romance the duo got engaged the following year and planned to tie the knot in Greece in May 2020.With worldwide lockdowns in place at the time, they were unable to go ahead with their luxurious wedding and instead decided to postpone their big day.However, it's now been reported that almost two years after making the decision to postpone, the duo have ended their relationship.A source claimed to The Sun that the pair "grew apart" and have decided to separate, adding: "They parted amicably and both wish each other the best in the future."The source added that the pair "both knew that it wasn't right".Prior to cancelling their big day, it was said the pair were holding out hope that they could make their wedding work despite all the restrictions.However, they were unable to go ahead, and a postponed date was yet to be confirmed.David proposed to Alison in 2019 during a sunset cruise on their one-year anniversary, with the actress purchasing a Rolex as an engagement present for her beau.She said in a magazine interview at the time: "I had an inkling he was going to pop the ­question because he kept putting something on my finger and going, ‘Right, close your eyes and forget this ever happened’."Alison tends to keep her personal life out of the limelight and keeps her cards very close to her chest when it comes to anything off-screen.The star is surrounded by a lot of drama on the soap, but she closes the door on it

Coronation Street spoilers reveal that their lives could be in serious danger.On Monday night's episode of Coronation Street set to air on February 7, Adam discovers that his car windscreen has been smashed open.Despite feeling annoyed about his damaged car, Adam is not phased by Jeremy Bremner's intimidation campaign and decides to confront him at his place of work.Admitting to keying the vehicle, Jeremy denies being involved in the graffiti and the broken windscreen. As the pair go back and forth on who did what, Adam gives up arguing and retreats.Upset by the recent events that have taken place, Sarah frets to Carla Connor and Lydia Chambers that Adam may have unnecessarily provoked Jeremy even further.Later on in the day, Adam is held at gunpoint by armed police.The solicitor and his colleague Imran Habeeb are shocked to learn their office is being searched for a firearm following a tip-off that they've received.Trying to search for evidence, the police turn the office upside down.Now that matters are clearly getting out of hand, Imran and Sarah blame Adam for antagonising Jeremy but Adam insists on reporting Jeremy to the police for the false tip-off and later Adam receives a silent phone call.On Wednesday night, Adam doesn't disclose that he has received another anonymous phone call and assures Sarah they’ve heard the last of Jeremy.But when meeting with Imran, Adam confides in him about the calls but ignores his advice to report them to the police.Meanwhile, Sarah and Gail are taken aback to find a large bouquet of flowers in a vase.
