Bob Odenkirk has booked a new role!

The organization behind the Peabody Awards said Thursday that its 2024 ceremony is set to take place on June 9 at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel, as the group once again attempts to hold its first-ever awards show in Los Angeles.

This year’s Peabody Awards ceremony has been canceled “due to the ongoing uncertainty and meaningful challenges that exist industrywide,” according to a statement from the Peabody Awards organization. The June 11 awards would have been the organization’s first in-person ceremony since 2019, as well as the first time ever in its history that the Awards would take place in Los Angeles.

Stranger Things‘ fourth season was split into two parts and the first part fell into the eligibility window for the 2022 Emmy Awards while the second part is in the eligibility window for the 2023 show.
