preyed on vulnerable pupils at the school where he taught.Bruce Rankin abused one girl who was being bullied and another who was suffering from depression.Rankin, 61, of Strathaven, Lanarkshire, admitted charges of lewd and libidinous behaviour and indecent assault when he appeared at Hamilton Sheriff Court.He was jailed for 18 months in 2017 for abusing three girls, including two pupils at the Lanarkshire school where he taught.But that sentence was later quashed at the Appeal Court.He was
