The Nassif family got just a little bit bigger. Dr.

Dr. Paul Nassif and wife Brittany Pattakos, are awaiting the arrival of their first child together. After revealing the gender of their baby girl, Paul (who was formerly married to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Adrienne Maloof) finally gave us a first look at her via ultrasound. Paul and Brittany even caught a glimpse of their growing daughter's behavior and the adorable habit she's adopted very early on.

After his previous marriage to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Adrienne Maloof, Paul Nassif tied the knot with Brittany Pattakos last fall. Dr. Paul Nassif is about to welcome his fourth child! The 57-year-old star and his wife, Brittany Pattakos, announced on Wednesday that they are expecting their first child together. Nassif shares three boys — sons Gavin, 17, and twins Colin and Christian, 14 — with ex-wife Adrienne Maloof.

Dr. Paul Nassif, the ex-husband of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Adrienne Maloof, has found new love in Brittany Pattakos. After announcing their engagement in June, Paul and Brittany had not one, but two intimate wedding ceremonies in the fall: They were married in Los Angeles in September and then again in Greece in October, with Brittany officially taking the name of Brittany Nassif.
