Paris Hilton's appearance on The One Show appeared to stun viewers as fans pointed a 'new duo' that they 'didn't know they needed'. The heiress appeared live on the BBC One programme on Thursday night (March 16), appearing live on the green sofa to promote her new book, Paris: The Memoir.
She chatted to hosts Jermaine Jenas and Rylan Clark, who was filling in for Alex Jones who was busy dancing away as she supported fellow TV star Gethin Jones on his 24-hour dancing challenge for Comic Relief, about putting pen to paper, claiming people will discover the real woman behind the reality shows and 'Barbie' image.
When Jermaine then asked Paris about her confession to playing a "character" in the showbiz world since she first hit screens in The Simple Life with her friend Nicole Richie back in 2003, Paris said: "I think it was a trauma response from what I went through it was a fantasy life so I didn't have to think about what I went through.
