The parents of two young children have been fined after their young children were found not to be wearing a seatbelt.Police stopped 17 vehicles in the space of a couple of hours on Regent Road, in the city centre, on Wednesday afternoon.Each driver was issued a Traffic Offence Report (TOR) for a range of driving offences.
Twelve were for failing to wear a seatbelt.Included in the stops, were the parents of two young children, who were not restrained in their seat properly.They were given a TOR
